Advertised pricing and fees

Advertised price excludes state sales tax, title, license and registration fees, and a documentary fee of $150.00. The documentary fee is not an official fee and is not required by law, but may be charged by a dealer for handling documents and performing services related to the sale.

Every advertised vehicle is a specific vehicle we have available or can document as available. Advertised prices are the price at which we will sell that vehicle to any retail buyer, and are not conditioned on financing with us, on a trade-in, or on the purchase of any add-on product. Rebates or incentives that require qualification are described in the listing and are not deducted from the advertised price unless every buyer qualifies. Vehicles are subject to prior sale; we correct or remove listings promptly when a vehicle sells or a price changes.

Financing advertising

We do not advertise guaranteed credit approval. Any payment, rate or term shown on this site is an estimate for illustration only; actual terms depend on lender approval, your credit, the vehicle and the final structure of the transaction. Vehicle condition, title history and prior use

We disclose in writing, before sale, when a vehicle carries a salvage, rebuilt/reconstructed, flood-damaged, non-repairable or out-of-state branded title, when the odometer reading is not actual or exceeds mechanical limits, and when a vehicle was previously used as a rental, lease, taxi, police, driver-education or manufacturer-repurchased ("lemon law") vehicle. A federal Odometer Disclosure Statement is provided with every sale as required by law.

Used vehicles are sold "as is"

Unless a written warranty or service contract is provided and signed at the time of sale, used vehicles are sold AS IS — WITHOUT WARRANTY, and the buyer assumes the entire cost of all repairs after purchase. The FTC Buyers Guide displayed in the vehicle window is part of the sales contract, and its terms override any contrary provision in that contract. Spanish speakers: if the sale is negotiated in Spanish, a Spanish-language Buyers Guide is provided.

Inspection, title transfer and temporary tags

Every vehicle we retail meets Texas inspection requirements at the time of sale, and the state inspection program fee is collected with registration. We issue a buyer's temporary tag through the TxDMV eTAG system at delivery and submit the title and registration application to the county tax assessor-collector within the time required by Texas law. Motor vehicle sales tax, title, registration and applicable local fees are collected at the time of sale and remitted to the state and county.

Deferred down payments and cash transactions

Any deferred portion of a down payment is disclosed in writing on the buyer's order. Cash payments of more than $10,000 are reported to the IRS on Form 8300 as federal law requires.

Right to complain

If you believe a licensed Texas motor vehicle dealer has violated Texas law, you may file a complaint with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Enforcement Division at TxDMV.gov or by calling 1-888-368-4689. We ask that you call us first at 903-848-3779 so we have the chance to make it right.

Accuracy of listings

Vehicle descriptions, equipment, mileage and photos are believed accurate but are not warranted. Verify anything material to your purchase in person or by asking us in writing before you buy.
