Payment estimate assumptions

Unless you change them, estimated monthly payments on vehicle cards assume a 10% down payment, a 7.9% annual percentage rate and a 72-month term, with no trade-in and no taxes or fees financed. Estimates are calculated with a standard amortization formula and are illustrative only.

Not an offer of credit

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, commitment or guarantee of credit. All financing is subject to lender approval. Your actual annual percentage rate, term, down payment and monthly payment will be determined by the lender based on your credit profile, the vehicle, and the final structure of the transaction.

Soft vs. hard credit inquiries

Pre-qualification on this site uses a soft credit inquiry. Soft inquiries are visible only to you, do not appear to other lenders, and do not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry — which can affect your score and remains on your report for up to two years — occurs only after you review terms and submit a formal application with written authorization.

Fees

Advertised vehicle prices exclude sales tax, title, license, registration and documentary preparation fees, which vary by state and county. Transport charges beyond our included delivery radius are quoted separately and passed through at cost. Our brokerage fee, when applicable, is disclosed in writing before you commit to a purchase.

A documentary fee is not an official fee and is not required by law, but may be charged by a dealer for handling documents and performing services related to the sale. The exact amount we charge is posted on the buyer's order and in our Texas dealer disclosures.

Texas dealer licensing

Rate markup

Pivotal Logistics does not mark up lender buy rates. The approved rate the lender extends is the rate presented to you.
