Information we collect
We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our forms: name, phone number, email address, vehicle preferences, trade-in details including VIN and mileage, and the financial information required for a pre-qualification request. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type, device type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To respond to your sourcing, financing, trade-in or general inquiry
- To obtain vehicle history reports and market valuations on your behalf
- To submit credit applications to lenders when you explicitly request it
- To send you vehicle matches and follow-up communications you asked for
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information to third-party lead aggregators or data brokers. We do not share your credit information with anyone other than the lenders you authorize.
Sharing
We share information only with parties necessary to complete a transaction you initiated: lending partners, transport carriers, title and registration services, and vehicle history report providers. Each receives only what the task requires.
Credit inquiries
Pre-qualification uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry occurs only when you submit a formal credit application and provide written consent.
Data retention and security
We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy dealer recordkeeping requirements under state and federal law. Information is stored using commercially reasonable safeguards. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or calling 903-848-3779.
